Flushmount Turntable Lifts
These lifts feature a built-in turntable that is essentially flush to the table platform in a clean, uncluttered design. The turntable bearings and support are under the platform and do not substantially increase the lowered height over that of comparable lifts without turntables. The turntable sits only 3/16″ higher than the surrounding platform. Flush Mount turntable lifts are available in standard Southworth Backsaver Lift capacities to 4000 lbs. Turntables are available in 2 sizes; 20″ and 43″ diameter and are fitted into a limited number of platform sizes. The 43″ diameter model can even be pit mounted when toe protection is added. Pit-mounted designs also include a rotational lock that auto engages when the lift is in the full down position.

Conventional Turntables
Any Southworth Lift Table can be fitted with a turntable top to improve worker productivity and make accessing loads easier. Workers can manually spin the load so they are always working on the near side without having to walk around. Our industrial turntables include a rotating 1/2″ thick platform with radiused corners, base plate, center shaft with bearing and inverted ball roller bearing assemblies. Capacities of up to 6,000 pounds can be handled. In addition to being mounted on lift tables, Southworth industrial turntables can also be mounted to the floor or on fixed height platform.

Powered Turntables
Southworth Powered Industrial Turntables are designed to the application and are available in a full range of capacities up to 6000 pounds and platform sizes up to 60″ x 60″. They included a 1/2″ thick solid steel platform, oversized center pin and lubricated for life center pin bushing. Rotation speeds range from 1.5 RPM to 2.0 RPM. They feature a lowered height of only 9″. Standard Voltage is 115/1/60.
Like our conventional (manual) turntables, powered industrial turntables can be mounted to a lift table, fixed height platform or the floor.

Optional Bellows Accordion Skirting
Black and yellow vinyl skirting wraps entire unit to keep underneath free from debris.
Pleats expand and contract as unit is raised and lowered.
